Overview

In order to create a holistic approach to how we address the big changes in our children’s lives, we have divided the booklet into 4 sections: emotional, physical, spiritual and social. When a girl reaches puberty, her body goes through major physiological changes. As she grows one of the key things that will change in her body is the start of menstruation. One of the biggest milestones heading your way is your daughter’s first period. It is a time to embrace and nurture the various changes she will undergo.
